Welcome to EnsoCare Diagnostics. By accessing, browsing, booking, or using any of our services through this website (www.ensocare.in) or in person, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all visitors, patients, caregivers, and users of our services.

Scope of Services

  • EnsoCare provides diagnostic, imaging, pathology, and preventive health check-up services.
  • Our role is limited to providing tests, screenings, and reports. We do not prescribe treatments or medications unless specifically mentioned as part of a physician consultation package.
  • All services are subject to availability and may differ by center.

Eligibility

  • To use our website or book appointments, you must be at least 18 years of age or be represented by a parent/guardian.
  • By booking an appointment for another person (e.g., child, elderly parent), you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be scheduled via our website, WhatsApp, chatbot, or helpline number.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon successful communication from EnsoCare via SMS, WhatsApp, call, or email.

Payments & Pricing

  • Pricing displayed online, in brochures, or at the center may be updated from time to time.
  • Payment for services must be made before or at the time of the test, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and health packages (e.g., Jug Jug Jiyo family plans) are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and digital wallets.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the slot, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days using the original mode of payment.
  • Packages, discounted health camps, or promotional check-ups may carry a no-refund policy.

Reports & Turnaround Time

  • Most reports are delivered within the same day or within 24–48 hours, depending on the test.
  • Reports are shared via hard copy, email, or WhatsApp, as chosen at booking.
  • While we strive for accuracy and timely delivery, delays may occur due to technical, medical, or unforeseen circumstances. EnsoCare shall not be liable for such delays.

Medical Disclaimer

  • Diagnostic reports are intended for supportive use by registered medical practitioners.
  • They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • EnsoCare shall not be held responsible for any self-interpretation or misuse of reports without consulting a doctor.

Patient Data & Privacy

  • All medical records, test results, and personal information are stored securely and used only for providing services.
  • Data is shared only with the patient (or authorized representative) and, where applicable, with the referring doctor.
  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and limited use of your data for internal quality, regulatory, and reporting purposes.

Limitation of Liability

  • EnsoCare shall not be responsible for: Delays caused by unforeseen events (technical breakdowns, power outages, emergencies). Any adverse consequences of tests (e.g., allergic reactions to contrast dyes). Medical outcomes or treatment decisions taken based on our reports.
  • Our maximum liability, if established by law, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Conduct of Patients & Caregivers

  • We expect all visitors to maintain respectful behavior towards staff, doctors, and other patients.
  • Any disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct may result in denial of service.

Intellectual Property

  • All material on this website (text, graphics, images, logos, brochures) belongs to EnsoCare Diagnostics.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

  • Our website may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, Google Maps).
  • EnsoCare is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

  • EnsoCare may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance.
